At Production Resource Group, I served as the Sr. Graphic Designer & Proposal Manager, successfully leading a team of designers to deliver innovative and high-quality creative solutions. I managed the full proposal development process, from creative layout design to writing, ensuring each proposal met client expectations. I collaborated directly with clients on event ideation, offering expertise in conceptual event branding, slide decks, on-screen designs, and print display visuals. Additionally, I was responsible for creating and designing presentations, including layouts, graphs, and visual storytelling elements. I also developed and managed a content management system to optimize creative asset organization and accessibility.
