As the Marketing Lead at Total Site Solution, I directed all marketing efforts within the B2B A/E/C sector, including managing the marketing budget and P&L. I was responsible for comprehensive event planning, managing 10 shows annually, and securing SME speaking opportunities. My role also included overseeing website design and SEO, orchestrating print and digital advertising campaigns, and managing the CRM database. Additionally, I led branding and corporate identity initiatives while providing document support for presentations and proposals, ensuring a cohesive and financially sound marketing strategy.
